Leicsa Plowman, Director - Leicsa has spent over 30 years in financial services and has extensive knowledge of the mortgage and lending industry.

Associate Director

Robert Grice, Associate Director - Robert has over 20 years' experience in financial services and is certified as a mortgage advisor.

• Nigel Broad, Mortgage & Protection Advisor - Nigel has nearly two decades of experience in the mortgage and lending industry and a strong reputation for excellent customer service.
• Jo Whittaker, Mortgage Adviser - Jo has over 30 years' experience in banking and qualified as a Mortgage Adviser in 2003.
• Laura Turner, Mortgage & Protection Adviser - Laura joined M&LS in 2021 as an administrator and returned as a fully qualified adviser in 2023.
• Carole Olley, Life Protection Adviser - Carole has over 28 years of experience within the life sector and enjoys building new relationships with clients, helping them to navigate and understand the world of protection.
