From the first call to the mortgage approval, Remmea was outstanding in her role. She made it her mission and pulled out all the stops to ensure I secured the mortgage I needed to get my home. It wasn’t the easiest task to put it lightly but Remmea was there consistently via email, txt or a call. Not to forget oor Grace who was on the ball at all times and making sure all the paperwork was up to scratch to avoid any delays or problems.

Outstanding service from Jade, She-Rel and Molly. We were first time buyers so hadn't dealt with mortgages applications previously.
The on boarding service was very straightforward and after enquiry we were given an intro call to discuss what the process would be and potential options.
Once the process had started we were always kept informed of what was going on by the team and Jade was available to speak to via phone/videocall if we ever needed to discuss anything in more detail.
Felt like the process was handled very efficiently from start to finish which was incredibly helpful given for stressful buying a house can generally be, it was one less thing to worry about.
Molly and She-Rel have both been really good in helping us deal with the various paperwork and always responded to our emails quickly to answer any questions we had.
We were recommended a mortgage provider and Jade took the time to explain the offer and repayment options in a lot of detail. Was also very good that at no point did it feel like we were being pushed into making a decision or urged to go with a specific provider - we knew we always had our options open to us.

I recently engaged the services OPortfolio to secure a mortgage for a residential property purchase, with no prior relationship other than a couple of conversations with Oliver Whitehead over a decade ago, for a purchase that didn't quite materialise in the end. Reaching out after so long proved to be the right thing to do.
