From the first call to the mortgage approval, Remmea was outstanding in her role. She made it her mission and pulled out all the stops to ensure I secured the mortgage I needed to get my home. It wasnt the easiest task to put it lightly but Remmea was there consistently via email, txt or a call. Not to forget oor Grace who was on the ball at all times and making sure all the paperwork was up to scratch to avoid any delays or problems. Oportfolio have been excellent in every aspect with assisting us with our mortgage as First Time Buyers. Remmea and her team have kept everything stress free, responded quickly and kept us in the loop with everything involved in getting a mortgage. The team have been very flexible in organising meetings to cater for our needs for example organising meetings later on at night once we both finished work.
Also once we had secured our mortgage they have been constantly watching the rates to get us a better rate for our property which has been fantastic. They also assisted with our life insurance which was a great help. I would recommend Oportfolio to anyone due to how efficient and simple they have made what could be a high stressful process

I recently engaged the services OPortfolio to secure a mortgage for a residential property purchase, with no prior relationship other than a couple of conversations with Oliver Whitehead over a decade ago, for a purchase that didn't quite materialise in the end. Reaching out after so long proved to be the right thing to do. With some tricky circumstances to navigate, Oliver and the team provided a service that was efficient, thorough, considered, personalised and most importantly, supportive.
A great deal of effort was put in to find the right lender, product and protection to suit my situation. The flow of information, initially through a very intuitive online portal, was timely and informative. Will certainly use OPortfolio again and would highly recommend.

Molly and Oliver are super responsive and very thorough in their communications. As a portfolio landlord with multiple rates and products it is really helpful to me to know that they are closely monitoring all of my products and ensuring the best deals come my way. After a recent issue with one of the lenders they went above and beyond to get it all rebuilt and back to normal. A lot of work goes on behind the scenes and I am very grateful to them for that!
